The book explores how lenders, investors, and entrepreneurs can apply financial due diligence to make confident decisions. It explains, in plain language, how to interpret financial statements, test projections, assess cash flow reliability, and uncover hidden risks that can affect valuations and approvals.
Drawing from real business cases, Atul offers practical tools and step-by-step methods to conduct due diligence that meet the expectations of banks, private investors, and government grant reviewers. It is designed for readers who want to look beyond numbers and understand what those numbers truly mean.
